Event Planning
The 507 is one of the very few (perhaps the only??) event venue with a full-service creative agency just upstairs. We do things like build websites, produce TV commercials, manage social media, create ad campaigns, and of course, produce live and experiential events. That last part is the bit you might care about when it comes to your event. We can do everything from conceptualize and design your event to actually executing it—right down to the catering and run-of-show.
We can also be as involved or hands-off as you want. You’re welcome to just rent our space ‘cold and empty’ and design your own event (or bring your own event planner into the mix.) Or we can do everything for you—from inviting your guests through cleaning up the last martini glass from the after party. Or anywhere in between.
We have a full array of event equipment rentals onsite (chairs, tables, lighting, staging, draping, décor, A/V, etc.) We also have a wood shop, metal shop, vinyl plotter, CNC/laser router, etc. So we can create just about anything you need—from typical dinner events to completely custom fabrication.
Whether you’re throwing your daughter a Bat Mitzvah or hosting your company’s annual gala or you’re a brand looking to launch a new product, we have the planning and execution team to take care of all your needs.
Bar & Catering
While The 507 does not directly offer food or beverage services, we do partner with a variety of local caterers and bar tenders who know our space and would be happy to help make your event a success. Our proximity to so many restaurants and caterers within just a few blocks of our venue gives us a unique opportunity for providers to use their own kitchens without the need for a big catering kitchen or on-site setup and transport. That means you can usually get more bang for your buck since the cost of logistics are minimized when you use our partners. Drop us a line, and we can provide some high level information and then either put you in touch with the best providers, or we can just take care of all of that for you as part of our event management services, if you prefer.
Production Services
Most people don’t think of an event venue as providing production services, but again, Taoti Creative is a full-service creative/marketing agency that owns and operates this venue, and we’re literally just upstairs. In addition to producing your event, we also offer services like graphic design, photography/videography (including post production), live broadcasting (including hybrid events), podcasting, experiential marketing, social media management, and really, anything else that falls into the general category of creative or marketing services.
